L. A. Noire is wonderful. Really great, even. A much welcomed breath of ticket to a medium that seldom cares to take itself seriously. But for people? Personally? It’s a teaser. A bone which to gnaw while the main course is being prepared in some mystical laboratory where matches are birthed. That main course is Grand Fraud Auto 5. GTA3 was the first game I played to the (incredible) PS2 console and, ever since, I’ve held games to a higher normal of quality.
